In my opinion Newell's is clear favorite of today's match up.

Newell's coming to this game in excellent form, they won 4 of last 6 matches. In last 3 consecutive matches they even not conceded a single goal. In last round Newell's played on away against strong Racing (leader of the table). Match finished with draw 0:0 and Newell's showed really good performance at the back against high quality opponents. Today they don't have any new abscences so their line up should look exactly the same like in match against Racing.

San Lorenzo is not in good mood - in last round they lost 1:2 at home against poor Patronato de Parano. San Lorenzo also have huge squad problems because 6 (!) players which played against Patronata is unavailable today: defenders Zapata & Fernandez, midfielder Ortigoza and offensive players Bareiro, Braida and Centurion. In addition to that 3 other defenders: Rojas, Lujan and Peruzzi are still unavailable. It's huge blow for the team and should have very bad impact on their performance today.

Newell's won last home league match against San Lorenzo and on those circumstances they should be able to do it also today.
