Different motivations here.

Alcorcon is the worst team in the league. Already relegated (with still 6 rounds remaining to play) which is the fastest relegation of La Liga 2 in 13 years. This season has been a disaster for them. A bit unlucky, but also with a huge lack of quality and many individual mistakes.

Their defense is the worst by far, they make huge mistakes in every single game. That’s the reason to be the highest scored team of the league, with 65 goals against in 36 rounds, but also one of the teams who receive the bigger number of shots.

For the remaining games they are just thinking about the next season as the coach said, a new project in a lower category so surely the players who will leave the club won’t play or won’t be at 100% if they do it.

On the other hand, Oviedo is having a fantastic campaign, fighting for a promotion playoff. They are sitting 6th (last playoff position), but with the same points as Ponferradina (who has one more game played) and just 3 points above Las Palmas. So they need a victory today against the worst team of the league to stay in the playoff zone.

They are playing well, have a great striker in Borja Baston (topscorer of the league with 18 goals) and it’s a very difficult team to beat (2nd team with less defeats so far, only 7 + one of the best defenses of the league with only 33 goals conceded).

No important missing for this match. Full of motivation, should be able to beat an unmotivated and weak Alcorcon team here. Oviedo is a good traveler (23 of the 57 points they have were won playing away) so I’m expecting an away victory here. They have more quality and motivation.
